"robot vs. the blue claw"

The eternal struggle between robot and seacreature, as played out since prehistoric times.

A larger format than usual, with 2 pieces of bristol taped together. I usually suffer on anything larger than 9 x 12. Creating something simple, iconic and kinda monolithic seemed to work out, for once. The amplification to something small, further enhanced by the relative size of something else, strikes a good, dynamic chord.
